K Hill Training

I am Kelly Hill. I have been riding and competing for 20 years.
I successfully showed hunters on the MHJA circuit for ten years and since then have dedicated my time to the eventing world. I have competed in events from Beginner Novice through Preliminary level.
I currently train with dressage instructor Sarah Michael and have participated in clinics with Bill Hoos, Dorothy Crowell, Ian Stark and John Williams.
I attended Western Michigan University graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science in 2008.
I currently work as a Veterinary Technician at Beadle Lake Large Animal Clinic in addition to training.
I trained and competed my horse, Vinnie, through Preliminary from 2005-2009 taking home many top ribbons in USEA Area VIII. Vinnie is retired from his eventing career and I am excited to say my 7 year old TB Ben was very successful his first season this year. I am hoping also for my 6 year old Percheron cross mare, Sophie, to return to eventing next season.
Ben was 1st and 7th at Beginner Novice and helped bring home a 5th place at the TEAM event at Honey Run. Ben is developing very well!
I am very excited about spending more time coaching next spring and summer with my advanced and novice students! I know there is more SUCCESS to come!
